How do I know my order went through?
Your order has been successful once you receive an email with an order confirmation number. If you have not received this email, contact us.

Order must be placed before 11:30 AM Monday to Thursday to be eligible for Next day delivery. Please note, if orders are placed after that time will be sent out the following working day and received the day after that. This service includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
Delay during busy periods?
During sales, Ramadan and Eid your order may be delayed for up to 5 working days. We try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders take 2-3 weeks to make once confirmed. We cannot dispatch items separately if you place an order which has a combination of pre-order and non pre-order items. If you would like a non pre-order item to be sent out earlier, please place a separate order or contact us
Wrong shipping address/details.
Please ensure the shipping address you specified is correct and someone is available to receive and sign for your order, as you cannot change the shipping address once your order is shipped. If your shipping address was incorrect, we will try and retrieve it from the shipping provider. However, if we cannot you will need to pay for your order again including postage and packaging. There will be no refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
