Do you have a shop I can visit?

No, we don’t have a shop, we are an online retailer only based in the UK. However, we do attend shows and events throughout the year. Sign up to our newsletter to get notified and follow us on our social media.

What size should I order?

Our products are available in a variety of sizes. Please measure from shoulder to your ankle/floor for your desired length. You can then use our size guide to compare the measurements with your preference of how you would like the fit.

Will you be re-stocking products and sizes?

Once a product is out of stock we have a pre-order option if the item will be available again. Pre-order times will vary depending on the demand and time of year. Limited edition items will not be restocked, these items will be removed from our site as soon as they are sold out.

Can I pre-order or reserve products?

We cannot reserve products. However on some products, pre-order will be available. Pre- orders estimated to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. To keep up with new products and offers sign up to our newsletter and follow us on our social media.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes we accept order cancellations, please contact us right away and we will get that arranged.

We begin processing orders within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible, we will try our best to change your order. If the order has been processed, we will not be able to change your order.

My product is faulty

Please contact us, provide us with your order number, product name and the fault. We will make every effort to solve the problem.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us with your name, order number and what you would like to exchange it to.

Do I need to pay customs and import charges?

We are a UK based company, there will be no fee receiving packages in the UK. Any customs or import charges are charged once the package arrives to destination country. The charge must be paid by the customer receiving the goods. FRIDAYHAYAA’ is not responsible for paying those charges and cannot indicate what the cost will be prior your order.

Please contact your local customs office for an estimate quote before placing your order so that you are aware of those charges.
